    Hi,

I've asked about this in support, but no reply yet and it's pretty urgent, so I'm hoping someone here might see it too.

I am about to launch my product very soon, and will be using a 1 month recurring membership model with paypal as the processor. I have been testing by setting up a product with a one day recurring payment plan.

I cancelled the 1 day recurring membership from my amember account page (as if I was a customer), which took me to paypal, where I cancelled, just as a customer would.

However, now 3 days later, I still have access to the membership area. This access should have been cancelled after one more full day after I cancelled with paypal.

In the amember admin it says the membership is 'Active CANCELLED' - I think this should be 'expired cancelled' - why is it still giving me acess if I cancelled 2 days ago?

I must sort this out urgently so I can do more testing before going live. One thing is that I see the friend who installed this for me hasn't set up the cron job yet, could this be the reason?

    Thanks,

    Ben

It is hard to respond in the forum, please contact us via helpdesk with aMember CP login info and username in trouble. Based on log records in the CP, we can say if there was a communication problem with PayPal, of if there is a configuration problem.

If you get a chance to check my ticket today i'd be really happy, we are urgently nearing the launch and still can't solve this problem. Many thanks.
