Membership Setup & Auto Renewals

    Hi,

    I have a site which is for an organisation that represents a professional group.

    Their membership runs from 01/07/2013 to 30/06/2014 but members have a grace period of 3 months (till 30/10/2014) to renew their membership. If they haven't paid by that date they're de-listed as members.

    I have set the membership up with a "Fixed Date: 01/07/13" for 1 year and "Last existing subscription date of this product"

    My problems are:

    1) The members still need to access member only parts of the website but currently can't as they're showing up as "expired". How do I extend their membership so that they can still access the members only sections of the website without it showing on their invoices as membership for 455 days?

    2) How do members pay early for next year (say from 01/06/2014 - 30/06/2014)?

    3a) How do I create invoices for the 2014 year's membership (01/07/2014 to 30/06/2015) WITHOUT members paying?

    Some member's fees are paid by their employer but the employer needs an invoice to pay

    3b) How do I send out the invoices created in 3a to everyone in bulk?

    Maybe create a new product called 'grace' and add it to the accounts.
