If I understand your question correctly, just go to: Configuration >>Setup/Configurations And then hit the "Email" button at the top. As you scroll down, you will see options to "Edit Email Template" for various messages. I believe the one you are after is the Sign-Up Email. Just click that, modify as you would like, and hit "SAVE".
aMember admin -> Setup/Configuration -> Site Title (in the first tab)... change that. Then take a look at E-mail tab and individual emails being sent out.
