Hello, I have a website on themeorbit.com/demo-link/themeorbit Im trying to move amember to themeorbit.com but Im currently unsuccessful at this. How do I move amember to a different url? Also, I tried submitting a support ticket and every time once I'm logged in to amember from the website it says log in to create support ticket even though Im already logged in and wont let me create support ticket. Please let me know how to transfer amember to a different url because Im able to transfer database and all folders and files yet amember Im unable to transfer even after changing the root urls from the cpanel.

To move aMember to different URL, do the following: - rename aMember folder as necessary - edit file .htaccess located in amember folder: find string like PHP: RewriteBase /amember and modify it to contain new path to aMember folder instead of /amember - go to aMember CP -> Setup -> Global : Root URLs and License, and configure new URLs. License changes are not necessary if you move within same domain.
