    Hi folks
I am about to move my aMember installation from one domain to a new domain.
The new domain is just an add-on domain on the same server, so I intend to use the same database.
I was thinking to just move all the files, and since it will use the same database, it should all work, except for the fact that I will need to change the paths etc for protected folders and affiliate links etc.
Once I've done that, it is just a matter of informing my members and affiliates of the new URLs and off I go.
But most likely I am taking a way to simplistic view!
Anybody has any tips as how to best approach this and which are the pitfalls?
    Thanks already!

You also need to get a new license from amember. Its domain specific.
Whos your payment processor? if its paypal- the ipn is set for your old domain...

    Thanks David
Alex has organised a temporary license for me until I finish the changeover, and also suggested to run http://www.amember.com/downloads/fixlicense.zip
Does that fix the PayPal IPN problem too, or do I need to delete and re-install the plugin maybe?

    Thanks again

The thing is, members who signed up under domain1.com are assigned a callback URL to that IPN (yourdomain1.com/amember/plugins/paypal/ipn.php) in paypal. I dont know of anyway to change that since its on paypals end.

I do not have any recurring subscriptions, so I think that might not be a problem for me (hopefully).
