move one-time-offer plugin before payment page

    Currently the OTO plugin process is:
    signup page --> payment --> OTO

    is it possible to move the OTO offer before the payment, so the process is:
    signup page --> OTO --> payment

    we want to upsell before the user buys the original product.

    Create a psuedo 1st page then?
    EG: Link to 1st product page, clicked- then offer 1st with 2nd, no, signup form for #1. Yes? signup form with #1 and #2.

    Only caveat- more pages pre-payment = more change to abandon.
