    Hello,
We host videos at GoDaddy with Amember installed in the same server and videos are protected content via Amember. Earlier the videos were working fine but recently (on Mobile) they seem choppy and slow.
    1) Would it be due to GoDaddy server?
    2) It is recommnded to move videos to Amazon S3. Does that mean we have to re-install the complete Amember ob AmazonS3 or can we just copy videos in Amazon S3 and somehow access them in Amember?
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks

I do not not know regarding GoDaddy perfomance but in case you decide to move to S3 you need to move to S3 only your video files. Then in aMemeber you need to enable S3 plugin and configure it and finally change location of your files from Disc to S3. Edit ech file record (aMember CP -> Protect Content -> Files -> (edit))

Here you can find video guide for integration with S3

Hmm, it is very strange. Amazon S3 is very reliable as I know. Do you mind to contact us in helpdesk ( https://www.amember.com/support ) we will test your video and try to find some appropriate solution for your case.
