Hi guys, Just wondering if there's any easy way for me to move the "Intro Text on Helpdesk Page" text which appears above the helpdesk. Ideally I would like to place it below the titles such as "Conversation", "New", "Tickets" etc. If you can tell me which template I need to edit then that would be awesome. Thanks Ben
