I have Amember installed on a domain (say domain1.com). I am trying to use amember to protect a second domain (say domain1.net). When I attempt to protect the folder via amember via php includes, I get this error:

License error - license domain does not match your domain (domain1.net!=domain1.com)
    at http://domain1.net/welcome
    ref from
If you are the site administrator, click this link to fix

What do I need to do to fix this? From what I understood, amember can be used to protect multiple domains or am I incorrect in that?

Are these domains hosted by your own dedicated or virtual server? If so, it may be possible. If not, then no. There was a plugin called remote_plugin that allowed you to protect remote domains. Think you'd need to contact support about that.

With some custom coding, is this something the XML-RPC Integration Interface could be used for?

Secretly I've always wanted an excuse to figure out how that works ;-)
