Multiple free products, but no access to non-ordered ones - how?

    Hi all,
I'm doing some work for a client where they have two free products set up.

Both are working fine - customers can register, get approved, and get access to their product, without any problems. When they log in, they only see the product listed that they order.

However, they can access both products (if they know the URL of the second one), even though they only registered for the first one.

This is not what the customer needs. So how is it possible to restrict access to only the product that the customer orders?

    Regards,
    Andy

Have you stuck each product in its own folder and protected the folder with amember "protect folder"?

    Hi David,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Yes - so non-logged-in members at both URLs are directed to the login page fine. It's just that if a user is logged in with access to one product, they can still get to the other if they type in the URL directly to their browser.

Sounds like something is off on your protection.
Double check the protect folders to make sure the right products are selected for each folder. If they are, then maybe its a server issue, and you should contact amember tech support.
