Hello, I 'm having an issue with subscriptions made when the subscriber already has an active subscription. We offer specials (discounted memberships) just about every holiday. This allows new users to subscribe at a lower rate and active members to renew at a discount. Issue: An active subscriber purchases a membership special. aMember will add the new purchase as an active product, beginning on the day of purchase, instead of starting the second subscription on the first subscription expiration date. Meaning if you purchase a subscription with an active one, it should start a second subscription as a future one. Hope I am clear with the explanation. Thanks We are using aMember Pro 4.2.17
