    MYSQL ERROR:
    Duplicate entry '9493' for key 1
    in query:

    can anyone help me out here on how to fix this problem

    Run "Repair table" from webhosting control panel -> MySQL databases -> phpMyAdmin, or send webhosting cp login info to our helpdesk.
