Need a developer to help integrate aMember -> Infusionsoft REST API

I know there is an aMember/Infusionsoft API but it presumes I want to sell in Infusionsoft and push the data back to aMember.

Which is the opposite of what I want. What I want is actually quite simple.

1 - Ability to push members from aMember to Infusionsoft
--> In real time at registration
--> Batch mode to synch up.
The key here is to call Infusionsoft REST API to get the infusionsoft ID for the email address. If it doesn't exist, then we do another API call to Infusionsoft to create the member.
Final part of the process is to store the Infusionsoft ID for the member in aMember database.

2 - Ability to push sales/subscription payments to Infusionsoft.
--> In real time at sales time
--> Batch mode to synch up.
The key here is to call Infusionsoft REST API to register the sale. It's quite simple.

I know that all the REST API calls exist for this on Infusionsoft side.
