need address to be populated on cc.php & OTO module question

2 Quick Questions:

1) On the credit card update form, their address is displayed,
but if members go to add a new subscription the address
is not visible, only their name

It is the same form, cc.php
the only difference is the ?action=mfp versus ?action=renew_cc
I've looked at the code and cannot decipher how the
address info is populated for one, and not for the another.

2) Also, the OTO module that is available now for purchase,
does this do a "one-click" order processing for the product?
