Need help asap- willing to pay

    I have a vbulletin site and am attempting to integrate amember. We tried over the weekend with dismal results (the person helping us obviously didn't know what they were doing). We now have a vbulletin board that is all messed up, amember changed everyone's usergroups around. I'm waiting on a reply from the help desk (going on more than 24 hours now) but have nothing to go on.

    I have to do a complete restore of my vbulletin board and then will have to do the whole process again. Meanwhile my board members have not had access for 2 days and I need to open the board back up again. I'm not sure if amember will work with vbulletin because it obviously didn't go well the first time.

    I'm willing to pay for someone to do this import/cross over for me but it needs to be someone who KNOWS what they're doing and is available for questions/chat when I need. I'm going crazy sitting here waiting for people to get back to me and I have a broken board that no one can access right now.

    Does anyone do this kind of thing or can point me to someone who can????

    Or if the amember people could get back to me that would be awesome too.. still waiting on my ticket to be answered. *sigh*

    as far as your support ticket goes, keep in mind that some people take weekends off from work and stress that comes with it... so you should have it responded to and hopefully resolved sometime today.

    and as far as your vbulletin issue goes, if you don't get that resolved by the support staff, let me know, I could help....
