When we launched our site month we sent an email blast with a coupon embedded to our invite list that brought the price from $79 a month and applied a 23% discount, essentially making it $59 a month. This was advertised as a grandfathered or lifetime discount so "recurring" was marked in the coupon settings and member usage count was set to "10000". We had about 50 signups that used the coupon and their first month was $59.

However, we just had the first round of rebills for these coupon customers and it is billing at the full price of $79, so the coupon is not applied.

I have more customers being billed today, please help me solve this asap. Even a manual workaround is fine for the short term.

What payment system are you using?

Can you post a screenshot of the coupon settings you used?
Sounds like you didnt set it for recurring.

It has been marked as Recurring since we created the the coupons. There was a time range in the beginning as it was a limited time offer, which was later removed and the coupons "Locked" once the incorrect rebill amounts started last week.
