I recently upgraded from aMember v3 to v4 and I love the E-Mail Messages section under Protect Content, but I'm not sure that I completely understand this option: Code: Send E-Mail only if customer has no subscription check expired subscriptions too check future subscriptions too Is this option used in combination with the one above where you select which subscriptions receive the email? So for example, the email will be sent if a customer has a subscription to Product X but not Product Y, and it can check if there was ever a subscription to Product Y, or will be in the future? At the moment I just want to get some expiration reminders in place, but I don't want the expiration reminder sent if the customer has added another subscription that will be starting upon expiration of the current one. How would I configure these options to do that? Thanks! -Ryan
if you are checking for expired= anyone at anytime in the past or current. future = those that for some reason have bought in advance- sometimes this happens when you sell the same item multiple times, the start date of the nxt order is in the future. david
