I have created two membergroups in SMF called 'Active Member' (based off of regular members) and 'Inactive Member' (based off of guests).

Active members are basically those who registered via aMember and have completed the payment and inactive members are those who also registered via aMember but are yet to make the payment.

I want the members of 'Active member' group to access members-only forums and members of 'Inactive member' group to be treated as guests and access 'Testimonials' and 'Pre sign-up' boards.

I have configured SMF plugin in aMember as below:

I also edited each of my products and allowed SMF access to 'Active member' group.

Now when I go refresh the members list in SMF, I only see my (the SMF forum admin's) username. Aren't the paid members supposed to be imported to 'Active Member' and unpaid ones to 'Inactive Member'?

I created a test user (paid status) in aMember and see that the user has been added to SMF in the 'Active Member' group.

As I have created the forum after 5 members are already present in aMember, is there a way to import these existing users (both paid and unpaid) into SMF and have single sign-on working for them?

You can use aMember CP -> Rebuild Db but this will transfer only active users.
