Ok. This is the scenario. I have created 4 blogs, with the intention of revealing each blog only if the customer continues subscribing each month. If he is a new subscriber, he will be shown only month1 blog. If he is subscribing in the 2nd month, he will be shown month2 blog. And so on. My question is, how do i go about configuring this in amember? I have set the 4 blogs to be protected but I just do not know how do I show each different blog for each new month. Is the incremental plugin useful for my case? I have thought of a solution will be to create a new product which is actually just a main index.php page which will retrieve the number of days the customer has been with my membership site, and then showing the link on the main index.php page. If the new member joins less than 30 days, then my main page will just show month 1 blog. If the member is renewed subscription and join for a second month and more than 30 days, then show month 2 blog, and show month 3 blog if the member has been around for 60 days and renewed for a third month and so on... But i am not sure if this is the best solution so I am asking for advice here. Can anyone share your experience if you are doing what I am facing now? Thanks.
Yep, the incremental content plugin will do this. You would place each blog in its own folder, then protect with the ICP. David
Thanks David, I have finally figured out almost everything. I have customized so many html and php files to achieve what i wanted, including customizing it for One-Time Offer for paypal transaction. Seems to be working, and hopefully no problems crops up after all these changes. Just 3 more questions: 1 - Lets say, on my main page, I want the customers to be able to see 1 choice to pay $27 but if they decide to leave, I want to use my virtual assistant software to offer them a $1 trial for 14 days, what is the amember link code so that I can insert into the virtual assistant. 2 - I want to get my JV partners to sign up as affiliates. How do i do that? Is it by using the "free" account function? 3 - Does Amember automatically pays my affiliates for me or do I have to do it manually via paypal?
Think you need to create a new product for this, with a negativ price group. You can do it as a free product or yoursite.com/amember/aff_signup.php No, you need to manually do it- suggest you use mass pay. David
