Ok, I have the url setup on my site for people to sign up at... http://www.whatever.com/amember/signup.php the problem here is when you fill everything in on the forms.. it says... "Please select Membership Type" in red above it everytime I hit the enter..... even though all the info has been entered and a Membership selected... All I need is paypal anyways... It is kinda like it does not matter which option you click it does not recongnize any of them. just keeps saying to "Select Membership Type" Help Please? The other problem is in the admin section (free Version).... When I try and "add a product" to the list and fill out all the info as below... When I fill it all out and click on Save..... I get Fatal Error -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Cannot add product: You MUST enter Clickbank Product ID while you're using Clickbank Plugin Please contact site administrator: Title Description Price Duration Product URL ClickBank ID you must create the same product in Clickbank and enter its number here I do not even want clickbank there... Paypal is what I wish to use... How can i fix this? TIA Tim
never mind... I have it going now with one small problem.. In case you want to know what the problem is... I have been doing cgi- and perl scripts for a long time and thought I was a genuis at scripts.... So I did not pay that much attention to the "well written" step by step instructions that are online here.... So I goofed it all up..... Then I went back and did the step by step and it was up and running in a matter of 10 minutes perfectly with one small problem... I setup a product for .01 and paid with my wifes account.. it took me to the members area, but when I tried to login, it took me too a page telling me I needed to renew my subscription...... I know that it has to do with the .htaccess or something... any ideas.... thanks -tim By the way... really nice and easy to use script.......
