I have one customer who's monthly renewal with Paypal has been messed up and I don't know how to fix it. Looking in the logs, I can see that all of the users have two entries for each paypal account, they are identical except for the first line where one is this, "paypal_r DEBUG: " and the other one is this, "paypal_r DEBUG: successfully handled".

I found the entry for the last payment for this customer and he only has one entry in the log (paypal_r DEBUG: ) and where the second one should be, I have a MYSQL error message.

His paypal account is still active and I'm getting the MYSQL error message on a regular basis (btw this message is coming from a plugin that I activated that is triggered on account creation)

Is there a way to turn his account back on automatically? I'm having to manually enter his payment each month which is a pain in the butt.

    Thanks

    Dan

    Dan,
First of all you should fix that MySQL error message.
Then it will be handled automatically just make sure that your last manual entry have correct receipt_id set. It should be set to paypal subscription_id
