Needs Phone Support

    UPDATE: THANK YOU Alex, I expected a 24 hour turnaround, not a few hours... which is why I was getting upset. I am very willing to pay for phone support (by incident or subscription).



    I am in a bind today... this is a mess and I am going to just sputter and hiss here knowing that I won't get help for a day (and I'll be out of the country).

    Many of the members can't access their accounts that they've paid for and I've been over every menu and inch of the admin panel and they are new, paid, unexpired. I need to go out of town in the morning and can't fool with this anymore.

    I'd pay for support in fact I don't know who is touting fabulous support anyway... I don't get an answer via email in under 24 hours. I'm sorry I went with this product.

    I agree phone support is not a bad thing, but to be honest I do not understand your complains.
