New automation Email

    Hello there! just a plain and simple question.

    Is it possible to create another email to be sent when a criteria is set?

    Let´s say I want to send a new email after the client signup and before he pays the subscription.

    Hello,

    I believe you can use Registration E-Mail to accomplish your task.
    You can enable and edit template for such email at
    aMember CP -> Configuration -> Setup/Configuration -> E-Mail (Send Registration E-Mail)

    yes! I know that. The question is if i can make another email to be sent at the same time as Send Registration E-Mail does get sent.

    In this sense there will be two emails for new members
