New Members are not receiving email with Log in info

Hello,

I am making some tests and when I create a new user using the signup.php page, I go to the Payment, Place the order and on the next page, I have to click on Return to Merchant to Receive the product and I can log in usinf the details.

BUT

I am not getting an email with that info. So, if some people Forget to click the button to return to Merchant, They wont have access to the link where the content is.

what I am doing wrong?

Could the email be getting put into your spam folder?
