We have an old Free Trial product for the general public which allows customers who sign up access to all the links on the Member Page. I created a new Free Trial for a specific group of customers by coping everything in the old Free Trial product to the new Free Trial product except the title and product number, which were different. The new Free Trial doesn't allow our special customers to access all the links on the Member Page. I need help understanding why special customers receive a message that says they are denied access when they click on their Member Page links. And, please, tell me how to fix it. I'm getting lots of complaints from my best customers. Thanks
Hi, David: Thanks for your reply. I didn't have to add it to protect folders section "Require subscription", it was already listed in the window. (I'm assuming that this is the section you are referring to, correct?) I tried highlighting it, but that didn't change anything. A new account with the product still couldn't access all links on the Member Page. I have also tried checking "Just any active subscription is enough". It still doesn't work. Any other suggestions?
