I started seeing this yesterday and this might explain why every 14 days my sales drop from 1200 to 1500 to in the hundreds. I can have new members sign up no problem but when current customer goes to make another purchase on the member.php page they get a red box and in it are the following Product id Payment processor renew I do not have anything set to auto renew. I use amember for digital content and every purchase has to be new not renew. It does not matter what payment processor it is or if I change it. Does not matter the product or the group ID. Has anyone else seen this? I sent an email off yesterday and normally they are really good at getting back to me by now, but nothing and my sales are shot for today. I am off by over $1,000.00 so I really need this fixed...
