New Subscription is not automatically active

    Dear aMember,

    I just tested the feature add/renew membership. When I signed up for a new free product (as a member), my subscription is not automatically active.

    And when I checked the admin page (as an admin), I found that the subscription will be active at December 31, 2037.

    FYI, in "setup/configuration" >> free" menu, I have unchecked "Require admin approval for new payments"

    How it come?
    Please help me to solve this problem

    I believe your free product have lifetime period?
    If so set renewal Group for this product to -1 this should help.
