Is the new_rewrite plugin disabled in the trial version? I downloaded the trial version 2 days ago. This feature is a selling feature for me. I'm getting the "RewriteRule doesn't work in .htaccess files on this server" error. I found a few post about this error and have not had any success on a work around. new_rewrite is selected under plugins, but doesn't appear as a configerable option in the setup/config screen. In addition, the plugins do not display correctly. The "protect" plugins are directly over top of the "payment" plugins in the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome and none of the "protect" plugins show in IE.
