Newsletter (Guest) Sign-Up not working

    I have done some test to let Guests signup for a Newsletter.

    When they signup, they get an email confirmation, then click on the link and it takes them to a page that says:
    "Email you provide already used by a registered member."

    I have checked SEVERAL times, and the emails addresses do NOT exist anywhere.

    Any ideas why it is doing this?
