Hi all, I'm quite new to aMember so forgive me if I'm a bit unclear or use wrong terminology.

First off, I've been using these instructions to set up my site: http://interstice.biz/setting-up-a-membership-site-with-amember-and-wordpress/

It's been going well overall, but my problem is when a 'premium' user is logged in through aMember they can't access the protected content as specified in WP.

I have aMember talking to WordPress (ie, users created in the signup process are created in the WP db) and the roles/permissions are setup correctly AFAIK.

One thing I have noticed is that if I use the WP login instead of the aMember login the protected area is accessible to the user, as it should be. It's as if the aMember login isn't talking to the WP db.

Hope I'm making sense - can someone help me out?

Sounds like a cookie or session issue.
Are you using www or non-www for both amember and wordpress?
