I have aMember 4.1.7 installed and would like to update to 4.1.8 - but there is no update notification on the dashboard.

The cron has run two times since the update was released, but still there is no update notification.

I don't see any update check anywhere, "Version Info" just shows 4.1.7

Any ideas why I can't auto update?

Auto update worked fine on the same website from 4.1.x to 4.1.7

I've not upgraded from 4.1.5 Upgrade option is there but stopped at 'Step 5 - Download Upgrades'.

There was no upgrade available for me either (via the dashboard or using the admin-upgrade script) in our 4.1.7 installation... so I just ended up reinstalling 4.1.8 on our test server.

Autoupdater was really disabled for version 4.1.7 owners for a while. Enabling it now.

Hmm, strange. Is your site still functional? (it must be, as no files are copied).
I've disabled update offer again, will enable it back tomorrow after additional tests.

Site seems functional; however, the aMember Admin CP was put in "Maintenance Mode". There is a Disable link for Maintenance Mode, should I try it?

Yes, just disable the maintenance mode.

Maybe adding a "check for updates" button into the menu would be good :)

I reported an error when I tried to update and based on the following statement (from an earlier post in this thread) Alex disabled it to do some more testing. Should be back up soon.

Thanks. I downloaded the files but I like the autoloader.
