No Hyper Link in "Your Subscriptions"

    Hi All,

    I have been playing with the trail version of amember for a day or so and I have hit a dead end, I have protected the folders I need protected and created products. Created users and given them access to the protected folders, when I login as a user there is no hyper link under "your subscriptions" although the name of the product is listed.

    When I go over the the "protected folders" and click on the URL of the location of the protected folder a browser window appears with the following.

    "Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@commsupport.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

    If anyone can help please. I am at a loss.

    In regards to Internal Error, when you get this error please check Apache error log in your hosting Cpanel and provide error that was generated.
