Hi, There seems to be an issue with the leads that are being recorded in amember. Since 31st of October no leads are being added. Are you aware of that problem? Regards, Manuel
No, I'm not aware about such issue. To make sure it is working, try to signup as regular user through affiliate link and check will it be updated or not.
Hi Alex, thanks for your answer. I tested the sign-up process again and no leads are saved. So I looked back, when this issue began and it was the day we changed our server. But I am 100% sure that I installed all important parts in WHM for amember. All other things work by the way.. When I insert a test lead manually in the database I see this in the lead overview. Perhaps you have an idea what we can do to fix this. Regards, Manuel
