No tickets showing up. Install still not fixed.

    I leave a ticket ( 3 of them ) and they don't show up in my ticket area. Only my old tickets are there.

    I paid for an upgrade, followed the instructions carefully and now my amember doesn't work. I asked for help and got very little. My amember is still down.
    I left for a few hours and got back and still no reply after i forwarded my server login details.

    You come to these forums and cgi central says to leave a ticket and you get faster help. That's nice if you are actually leaving tickets. How do I know if I'm leaving tickets if they don't show up in my ticket area????

    All i'm told is that I didn't do the upgrade correctly. Great. Thanks.

    i was able to restore to older version....trying upgrade again.... my host is running php 5.

    it seems to be a strange glitch of support system. All your tickets were created but not linket to your account.(I guess you changed email in profile recently, and these tickets were linked to your old email address)
