Hi, The site has suddenly stopped getting confirmations from nochex when a new member signs up and selects this payment method. Anyone else experience any problems. I have done an IPN check on the nochex web site and it says all is fine. The error log in the amember admin panel then suggests that there was contact and the admin email addy is incorrect yet when a new member pays by nochex there is no confirmation emails being sent to the admin. The option has been selected in the admin section, it was working fine but suddenly stopped about 3 days ago. thanks Lee
hi lee, i have experienced the same problem. i have found out it is because nochex has updated there payment system to a new checkout type about 3 days ago. i have informed alex here at support and they are currently working on it. when i get a fix i will let you no how to fix yours steve ps the new checkout page does seem better and i believe it will boost sales
I experienced this problem and contacted Nochex to find out if everything was ok and they said that my site was against the new Nochex AUP as using Nochex to pay for subscriptions are now against there terms and conditions. See here http://www.nochex.com/acceptable-use/ So they closed my Nochex account 2 days ago for this reason, and I still have not heard from them when I can expect to receive the remaining balance (over £300) There last reply was: "As per our previous email, the closure of your account was a commercially based decision. Nochex is not prepared to elaborate on the basis of this decision, please note this decision is final." Since Amember is Membership/subscription software it sounds like Nochex are no longer approving its use with their service. Nochex have gone downhill recently with lots of people complaining that Nochex were closing accounts that were inactive for more than 6 months and charging £40 to re-open them.
