Well, i found out that if i have important issues its better to contact my host or hire a script guy than trying to get support here.

What a fucking horror scenario. 20k people who cant login, cant use password retrieval etc. I hope this doesnt ruin my forum which i build up for months in 1 week.

Ah, thank god, they answered me:

"This error generated when aMember is unable to send email message to user.
(This can be server issues, incorrect email address specified etc...)"

Thanks guys, i mean, i didnt figure out yet that its a problem that happens when someone is mailed. Thanks for clearing that up. It really solves thing.

Warning to others who read this and might have a similar situation. If you have a forum with 1000's of members DO NOT import from Vbulletin to Amember and let the script generate new passwords. Youre cutting off every visitor from your forum. It will kill your forum. Sure you can mail them, if Amembers mail works, but nowadays with the spam filters everybody has and yahoo and hotmail accounts you can be lucky if 1/3 of the people will get the mail with the new password.

But actually im the one to blame here. What was i thinking by giving 20000 people a new password :/

Thanks for the great support guys, really appreciate it.

It keeps getting better. After my host got the email thing fixed and i mailed my members, the few who were lucky enough to my email with the new password got this:

    New password:12/21/2007

{$user.pass} which should show everyones password actually puts a date there instead. isnt that lovely!

Thanks Amember, thanks for letting me pay 200 bucks for a script that killed my forum which took me almost a year to build up.

    Frank,
    How you send a message?
Did you use aMember CP -> Email users? What exactly template you used?
How you made an import? Are you sure that it import was done right?
Did you checked your database in aMember what passwords you see in database?

Anyway, this is really better to contact us in helpdesk instead of doing this in forum (please see red warning at the top) usually everything can be fixed without a problem.
In this case problem can be in incorrect import or just in incorrect email template.

Yeah right, i already mentioned above how your email support is.
    Basically it goes like this:

Customer: Help, i have an error
Support: Yeah, thats because you have an error.
