After my members have paid their membership fee and selected their username and password they are haveing a problem logging into their accounts. They are getting the message below when they log in * Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription Does anyone know how to fix this, did I set something up wrong in setup? 1. What status is the user and payment record in (payment expired, future, etc) 2. Check the product setup, what is the duration set to? What is the Product URL set to (is it correct and does that product type have access (check the protection settings for that folder, etc)
Hi alphaem, Go to: aMember CP > Protect folders, did you include that subscription as part of the allowed subscriptions to the folder? Lee
