This is probably one of the most useful aMember features, I get like 17% conversion from "Not Paid" members thanks to this little sneaky trick

    ...but it doesn't work anymore!

So I'm here to ask, how can I found out where's the problem? Is there some kind of error log that would show me what happened?

Here're my current settings for this option:

I'm also using Cron on my aMember, maybe that has to do anything with it?

Any ideas are welcome here, because we're leaving a lot of money on the table if this function isn't working for most of us... :(

Theres a chance cron stopped working on your server. It sounds odd, but ive seen it before.

Are other emails being sent on a sequence?

You may be interested in this plugin, will allow you to send out more than 1 email on the not complete sequence:

I am having the same trouble as incomehero.

I have tested this by making a couple of subscriptions for myself and then failing to complete the payment.... no emails arrive. :(

Cron is working fine on my server, as my other automated emails are being sent.

    Cheers

The problem can be in tests only.
make sure that you use different email that is not registered in amember yet.
    And different name as well.
When aMember send this message it check database for completed users with the same email or full name. If it will find such users email will not be sent.

    Hi Alexander,

As mentioned in the our support emails, it seems that cron was not running after all. Because my other emails were being sent I assumed that it had been setup.

    Regarding different names etc....

When I test I remove all existing subscriptions so there is nothing "completed" for test user... this seemed to work OK now that cron is running (but I am running another test now and will know tomorrow for sure).

But does what you are saying in your reply here, mean that it will not work on a subscription basis? ie: If an existing user orders an "additional" subscription/product and fails to complete the payment, then no payment reminder will be sent?

    Cheers
