I purchased this weekend and found that I screwed up something in one of the template files... which results in an error for my users. They get the following message:

Fatal error: Corrupted encoded data detected in /usr/local/www/sitename/amember/login.php on line 0

OK.. sure ... I was tring to add a custom header for this page but I suppose Zend freeked out and didn't like it.. OK... just go back to the backup file and is should be ok... well... no....

Also... my keycode doesn't seem to unlock the site... so I paid and my visiters see this very cheesy splash screen.

I found out that 1) don't email support... use the ticket option instead.
    2) you need to upload an entirely new set of files from the PRO download you recive after your purchase

Did you try using the "Trouble Ticket System" rather then sending an email? I have always gotten a response from the ticket system

    Everything OK

If you have issues... don't respond to emails from support... they get lost.... use the trouble ticket feature. (look above the bar for the link).

Thanks Alex for providing the answers.

I just checked and my e-mail responses are logged well to the helpdesk, so it seems to be a particular incident.

I personally never had a problem replying to emails for support discussions originally created using a trouble ticket. They're synced from my recollection. Also note that Alex is the main guy responding to all inquiries so the 24 hour window is acceptable.
