I'm wondering if aMember is able to deal with about 2 Mio. users? What are actually the limitations? Best Regards, supryin
The limit would be more in your machine and the database. I have worked on sites with 200,000 accounts and they are quite zoomy. But then again they have the SQL server on one machine the web server on another and so on.
The configuration of the hardware is not the problem. I'm interested if there are any limitations by the aMember itself. Thank you!
Jenolan answered your question. The aMember software will not pose a limit to the number of members in your system. The hardware you use to host the software will be the bottleneck in the system, and if you wish to have a huge membership site, you'll need specially tuned hardware to host it.
@supryin: and to be more direct, there are no hard coded limits within aMember which will limit the number of products or users your site can have.
