Okay so I had to restart my whole aMember software (and my affiliate software called JAM), because this error came up in amember:

ERROR [256] Smarty error: [in admin/js.other_db.js line 28]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: Q='h' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 403) in line 1102 of file /home/optimex/public_html/amember/smarty/Smarty.class.php

Now like 2 days later the SAME thing comes up when I press Setup/Configuration out of NOWHERE. WTF is this.

And look what happens to the sign up page:

    http://theonlinerichessystem.com/amember/signup.php

And for some reason when this happened at the same time my affiliate software stopped working..

    http://theonlinerichessystem.com/affiliates/

    Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/optimex/public_html/affiliates/index.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0

WHAT THE HELL, THIS KEEPS HAPPENING

    ITS SO DAMN ANNOYING

PLEASE HELP NOBODY CAN SIGN UP OR ANYTHING!!!!!!!

What does "restart my whole amember software" mean?

Have you tried reuploading the amember files to your server? By the look of your signup page it looks like your amember\templates\signup.html file was edited by something like dreamweaver that stripped out the smarty tags.

it happened before earlier too, and i never edited the sign up page.

also the affiliate software stopped working at the same time.

and by restarting i mean i reuploadded all the amember files

Try just reuploading your template files and seeing if that corrects the current issue.

It seems that your hosting was hacked. I found hacker's javascript code on index page and in aMember files. You can see this in index.html at the bottom . Contact hosting support explain situation and ask to check all accounts and remove hacker's scripts from server. Then reupload everything from backup.
