Why don't you use one multilingual moodle?

ok, that being said.. is it ok for users to have accounts in both environments? If so, you could probably copy the moodle plugin directory to a new one and rename it in the config files (spanish_moodle?)

This has worked for other plugins, should probably work for Moodle as well (obviously test in a non-production environment)

On a more serious note, seriously, why not just use on multilingual moodle :)

    Thank you very much!

Really, I would like to use multilingual Moodle, in fact, I was using multilingual Moodle for a while, but I wasn't able to solve some problems I had, and in the Moodle forum I didn't find the solution. This is the reason to think in two Moodles, but I'm still thinking about this, waiting to find out the best option.
