One Time Download is not working

    I installed everything related to the One Time download.

    But the script keeps saying the "directory does not exist"


    Any tips on how to fix this ?

    Thanks for the offer getresults. I was able to fix the problem based on the advice of support.

    But if I run into problems I'll remember your offer :)
