No replies yet? Does anyone know if there is documentation on plugins like this one that you pay to add on? All it basically came with was where to install, but no specifics on how it exactly works within the system. I'm hoping still that it was money worth spending, and not something I won't be able to use like I was thinking....
same problem I have the exact same problem and cannot find any support on the issue. Have you figured anything out yet?
You guys, this is the wrong place to look for help. Contact support. Its instant and more efficient. These msg boards are unofficial and not fequented by Alex that often. Go to http://cgi-central.net/support/ Use of support requires your purchase id and password. Tom
Yeah I would have contacted support but this seems to be a more public issue. More detailed information should be available about the purchased plugin/s... replies here might be slow, but benefit more people. Just hoping someone does answer.... either the software creator or someone who has figured out on their own what exactly the plugin does and where.... If I don't get a reply soon, I will get with tech support.... need to know if I spent $30 or whatever on something that might turn out to be unnecessary for me. Hoping not.
Not to speak for Alex, but I suppose keeping that information from the public forums might make it more difficult for people who don't legitimately own these plugins to use them. My requests for help in support are met within hours. Give it a try. Tom
I'm sorry for long delay with response in the forum (our support was working all time!!) onetime_download plugin allows you to serve one file download per product. You can limit count of downloads. Of course, file automatically comes protected.
