Hi, all. I have been working on a site for a client and having trouble with the downloads. She has a subscription site and three subscription options:

subscription 1 = access to files in folder #1
subscription 2 = access to files in folder #2
subscription 3 = access to files in folder #1 and #2

These folders have multiple files so I found a little script to generate links from each file in the folder when you click on the download folder link because I was getting the ugly directory listing. BUT, I hadn't yet configured the one time download settings. Now, the way I understand it, I choose a folder for the one time download plug-in to protect the contents of and they can download the files in that folder for a combined total of the number I specify in the configuration of the plug-in. I have tried to do that with one of my folders and nothing happens. I then took out my index file and tried it and get a server configuration error. The read_me file for the plugin is not very specific, it seems like it should be very simple to use, but I followed the simple instructions and nothing happened. I also added a new subscriber after I added the plug-in because I saw a thread that said it would only work if the subscriber was added after the plug-in was configured. That didn't seem to change anything, either.

So, first, I need to get the plug-in working. Second, I need to know how to make it work on multiple folders.

    Thanks!

To use the 1TDL plugin, you need to have people use the links generated in the amember members.php page.

By going directly to the folder (directory) you are bypassing the 1TDL software.

What links are generated? I'm sorry, I didn't know that was an option...it asked me for a folder and I entered the folder and that is the link that is on the members page, not any direct links to files. When I entered the folder URL in the Product URL field, I noticed that I just got the ugly index listing so I created a nicer one. I thought if we wanted to give them multiple files, that was the best way to do it. The product they are subscribing to has multiple files every month.

ETA: I just changed the URL in the Product URL field to a file name and not a folder name and still get a direct link on my members page when I'm logged in as a subscriber to that product.

I am corresponding with Andrey Seredkin right now, can I send that info to him? I don't know how to submit a help desk ticket as I am working for a client and she has been doing all of that. If necessary, I can have her submit one for me.
