Ken Gary, of http://www.kencinnus.com, has some plugins for this. There are some other choices around, including some hints on how to manually modify aMember to make special offers on your Thank You page. Searching the forum will reveal them to you.
Regarding the plug-in for including upsells, Ken Gary's amUpsell plug-in, does that technically do the same thing as modifying the Thank You page? Fabian
amUpsell does a lot more compared to a modified thankyou page. For example the logic when to and when not to display an upsell. amUpsell also handles the specific salescopy for the products. Check the website for more info (hopefully Ken has fixed the video) on amUpsell
