    Hello
    I've bought amember + Open-Realty plugin.
    Everything seems to have been well setup, except one important thing:

    When someones subscribes to my site via amember, he/she should be automatically become my OR site member, having the same pair of usename and password etc. At least, that' s what I have understood amember does, and that what' s it actually DOES in another license I have (along with Wordpress plugin).

    The problem is that this does not happen. It seems that amember doesn't "pass" the user info from it's database to that of OR.

    I checked the Setup/Configuration -> OpenRealty panel.
    At the OpenRealty Db and Prefix section, there's no value auto-detection which, as mentioned in the instructions, means that "that your third-party script database is unaccessible with aMember MySQL settings".
    This is strange, because the database is hosted in the exact same server that host the db of the wordpress mentioned above, that works flawlessly.

    1. Supposing though this is true, how can I allow access to amember via phpmyadmin?

    2. Is there anything I can do to fix the problem using the fields below?
    If yes, what do I write in the next field? My db's prefix? It does not accept that. The only prefix it accepts is "example_en_", which also does not solve the problem.

    Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance!

    hey octet,

    From your description, it seems that you have not configured the OR plugin correctly.

    You might want to post a screenshot for us, so we know where you are stuck at, or you could contact Helpdesk for help on this.
