    OpenRealty Integration Plugin

    OpenRealty is a great Real-Estate CMS (and it is free)

    How the plugin works:
    You can create several membership types for agents. Parameters are:
    - price;
    - period (for example, 6 months);
    - allowed count of listings in OpenRealty;
    - featured listings allowed (yes/no);
    Agent can pay to renew subscription. If they don't pay for renew,
    all their listings will be disabled (but not deleted).

    There are still some issues:
    1. aMember manages entire set of agent listings. It doesn't
    delete any customer listings. I may be a problem, if you will
    allow complex subscription types.
    2. Count of featured listings cannot be limited. If subscription
    type allows customer to make listings "featured", he can make
    all their listings featured, no limits here.

    How to order:
    You can order aMember Pro along with OpenRealty plugin =1&product_id[]=15]here.
    It comes with free installation and 6-months email support.

    I like the idea to integrate this with Open Realty.
    Is there any place I can check it out a bit further, a testsite running Open Realty or a tutorial or ...

    I still have a lot of questions.
    Some of them are:
    - I like to make a difference between persons that sell a house once and businesses that pay for unlimited listings for lets say a year. Is this possible?
    - When they pay can they immediatly add a listing or does the siteowner first have to approve this or something?
    -In the case of a business, is there any notificationmail or something like that when the account is due to expire?
    -...

    Thanks,
    CoeWeLE
