Trying to get information on Outsourced customer service. Even with all of the great automation that Amember has I still find people wanting to call and talk to a live person to place an order or get basic "FAQ" questions answered. Are there vendors that you can suggest that you have used? How does their services integrate with Amember or do you handle they payments as "offline"? In a perfect world, they would call and talk to someone on an 800#, they would process the credit card and then submit a payment notification to Amember. Thank you for your feedback!!
