Will Amember allow me to use my existing PHP/MySQL application's member table for storing user info and passwords? Will Amember force me to use its look and feel for member registration screens, etc? Will Amember allow me to create user groups and assign privileges to the group? How does Amember apply access controls to a page? THanks, Dan
1. No, but it can update your table according to subscription status. 2. NO - everything is template-based. 3. What you mean as user-groups? aMember allows you to create several levels of subscription with different prices and level of access. 4. It is described here: http://cgi-central.net/amemberdocs/ in Protection Plugins section.
